Fernando is a dynamic ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher, he teaches yoga with a warm and compassionate heart.
His yoga journey began while trying to recover his broken body after a very serious paraglide accident, initially with the goal of being able to practice JiuJitsu again. Fernando decided to go to India in 2005 and is one of the very few who went to Mysore without any previous ashtanga yoga experience. He was thinking of staying two months but ended up staying for two years, practicing with Sharath Jois. He has been going back yearly ever since. The yoga practice became a part of his life and has been key in helping him recover and regain control over his body. In 2010 he was authorised to teach the ashtanga yoga system.
