With a wall, a chair and a good amount of passion we will practice great and useful exercises that helped me a lot to recover form my injury and speed up the progression, both in my ashtanga vinyasa yoga practice and life.
Practice Pranayama with me
Find more confidence, feel more grounded through a simple pranayama and, later, a more complex breathing technique that includes breath retention.
Easy approach to the 8 limbs of Yoga
When you practice ashtanga yoga, from a philosophical point of view you're practicing the Eight Limbs as described from the sage Patanjali in his famous exposition "The Patanjali Yoga Darshana".
Tips for Beginners
This class is composed by a series of adaptations of the posture as a way to enhance and provide more comprehension in asana. I will give you some suggestions and we're going to use some useful props that you'll enjoy a lot.
